Hotel Overview

The 3-star Elegant Hotel offers you an excellent location just 200 metres from the local ski lifts and 50 metres from Bansko's Pirin Street. A spa area with a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam bath and various massages can also be used on site.
Between 08:00 and 20:00 the use of the spa facilities is free of charge.There is a separate children's pool.
The well-trained staff of the Elegant Hotel is happy to provide you with any information you may need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Airport transfers and shuttle services can be arranged upon request.
Wireless internet access is available in the entire hotel free of charge and free parking is available close by. A free of charge transfer to and from Bansko bus station is available upon request in advance.

The location of the hotel was good, it was close to the gondola station. The bed was comfortable.

The place was clean, warm and close to the cabin. All amenities were perfect for a snowboard vacation, we had sauna warm each evening, jacuzi and masage. Every day the room was cleaned and the view, spactacular.

Staff were amazing. Everything was so relaxed and free. Very accommodating with every request. The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day. Well equipped and a lovely view from the balcony. Because the friendly, relaxed nature of the staff and place, with the perfect location, we'll 10000% be back.
