breakfast was good overall. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Close to town, easy access, nice & quite in the evenings, Nice comfortable beds. Everything was nice & clean.

Staff were amazing and really helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There are some small shops where you can buy water/snacks just down the road. It’s about a 15-20min walk into the centre of town.

The service, the location, the room, the friendliness of the staff, the directions given to us, and the facilities. The breakfast and the parking. I don’t understand why the people who rated it a 1 want to harm a family that works hard to promote tourism in Ecuador. It’s a great place to stay, and I recommend it to everyone.

very helpful stuff-Elena and Cristina! They solved a lot of our small problems and were really friendly! Thanks, ladies! Manager Fredy helped us with our next route, recommended road to Chimborazo volcano. Generally hotel is very clean and comfortable. Rooms are very warm, really hot water, private parking, perfect breakfast. One km from noisy center and same from hot springs. Good parilla restaurant 100 m from the corner, working until 11.00 pm. We are really like this hotel and definitely recommend it!

We liked everything! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Close to city center, bus terminal, restaurants etc. They provide hot water all the time. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. And the staff is amazing, they do everything to feel you at home. Also they give all the informations about tours and activities you can do in the area. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was great. Very comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Several blocks from the center, but that was a plus for us.

A beautiful, very clean family-run hotel about 600 m from the center. Extremely friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Secure parking for motorcycles in the courtyard. Highly recommended.
