Very welcoming and friendly. We arrived late and Victor waited for us. The beds are very comfortable and Saul told us great recommandations about the city and its surroundings. Highly recommended!

The hostel was in a great location, 10mins from the bus station and easily walkable into town. It was quiet, equipped kitchen, rooms were very clean and the shower was hot and from a boiler (still hot during blackouts). The hosting family were so welcoming, gave loads of information and were happy to help at all times. We booked a tour through the hostel that we changed last minute and we got a full refund as well as a better price than others had recieved.

What you see on-line is what you get. So no negative surprises, if anything, it is better than the on-line image. My dorm had plenty of windows, for air flow and a bright feeling, bed was comfortable. It's a small walk down hill to the town centre, so quiet pleasant location. Only meters to the open market, to buy some cheap fruit or a meal. It has a nice kitchen area for our use, with everything I needed. Very helpful staff, who give detailed information about the town, when you check in. Clean and attractive place. A bonus, especially for backpackers is there is a set up for doing your own laundry, including free laundry soap. Thank you.

The family that run the hostel were incredible. Lots of great information, so welcoming and went out of there way to make out trip special.

Nice room with hot water shower in a good location to access everything in Banos. It is a short walk from the main bus stop. The host speaks very good English and was very welcoming and gave us recommendations for Banos.
