The apartments are in excellent localization, very comfortable, clean and cozy. George is a wonderful person, we undoubtedly advise this place everyone who plans to visit Kutaisi.

The place was very warm and cozy. The apartment was easy to find. The apartment itself was bright, the bed and sofa were comfortable, there were plenty of plates and cutlery. We could walk all the way to the city center from the apartment. The internet was fast. We owe a lot to the owners of this apartment for making our experience in Georgia unforgettable.

Spacious apartment, perfect for a family with a kid. The kitchen was well equipped, only a microwave was missing, but it was not so much trouble. Nice balcony from where we enjoyed the rain. Large bathroom with washing machine. Responsive owners.

A very nice woman met us at the door, showed us everything, called taxi next morning. We stayed there for one night, had two cosy rooms, a big terrace. There is everything You need for a stay, even for a longer one. For those who like movies - there is Netflix.

Highly recommended! George is an exceptional host. He did far and beyond what he is supposed to offer as a host. My kids love him, he was like a cool grand dad to them. The room is clean and spacious. We were offered a very tasty Georgian wine. We would love to come back to this place.
