The place is near everything, 3min walking and you are right in the center of the city. The room has everything you need for you stay, even a little fridge in case you need to save some food. The owner is amazingly helpful in any information or question you might have and made my trip much more easy. Overall a 10 out of 10, definitely staying here when I come back 🤩

The central location of the apartment is highly convenient. It is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host ensured a smooth key handover, even during late evening hours.

The location is superb. Very central and very convenient. The apartment is cozy and clean and has all the necessary appliances. The view was wonderful overlooking the church and you could hear the church bells ringing. Communication with the owner is super easy and convenient. The owner replies in an instant and I had so many questions about taxis and places to eat and many more and the owner just gave me all the necessary information and helped out a lot. The coffee and tea facilities are also a real help - even though eating out in Banja Luka is very cheap, it is still great drinking a hot cup of tea early in the morning or late at night.

Here’s an enhanced version of your new review: First of all, the owner was incredibly friendly and fair. We arrived later than expected and I couldn’t provide an exact arrival time, but he was very accommodating. He ensured everything was prepared for us, including the heating system and parking, and even left the key on the counter for our convenience. The room had a unique vintage style, reminiscent of Yugoslavia, which added a charming character to our stay. The shower was also quite unique, contributing to the overall appeal of the room. Overall, it was a delightful experience with excellent hospitality and a distinctive ambiance!

Apartment was easy to find and had parking facilities. Check in process was easy. Apartment was fantastic, large, clean and had all the necessary amenities. Beds were very comfortable and most importantly the apartments were in the heart of Banja Luka, walking distance from everything.
