I was in this hotel often during my business trips, this was my first time for a longer weekend. The hotel is close to the center of Banja Luka. The rooms and anything else is clean. Rooms are big enough, the bed is really comfortable. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Staff at the reception and also in the restaurant are always friendly. For breakfast there is nothing what you can miss. Salats, fruits, cheese, ham, eggs…..everything what you need and want. For me, Hotel Jelena will be always the first choose in Banja Luka.

I mean, I have to start with the massage, right? Incredible stuff. If you don't have a massage while staying here, well, I don't know what to tell you. Comfortable beds, great staff, a decent location for getting in and out of the city. I assume the business facilities are great too.
