I was impressed by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The breakfast was buffet-style, offering selection of dishes, and there was never a shortage of food or coffee.

Stayed only one night after our flight was cancelled from Banja Luka airport. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Place is clean with a 24h reception. Parking is free but small.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We liked location, it's 15-20 mins by walk to city center and 7 - to bus station. Room was clean and well prepared. Balcony was nice, with view to mountains. Good room size. Good breakfast, although there were not a lot of dishes options, it was delicious (except instant coffee 🥺).

Lovely staff; great location walking distance to bus station, shopping centre and restaurants; very nice room with good separate sitting area and soundproofing; good breakfast, good wifi; good price.

I really liked this hotel. Location was excellent with a lovely walk to the city centre. The room was so comfortable best bed i have had in Bosnia with lots of pillows. The breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The staff were super friendly especially Nada. She is so good at her job. A friendly smile . There was also a young guy on reception at night who was very smily and friendly. By far the friendliest hotel in Bosnia. Recommend this hotel and the price is excellent

Good breakfast. Location was good for us, we are close to restaurant we stay that night. Next time I will choose another hotel close to city center. All staff was very kind.

Great Hotel to stay in BL. Helpful staff, family owned. Bar/restaurant in the hotel which is well attended by locals. Outside Parking in front of the hotel or Garage per extra fee of 5 Euro. Motorbike friendly.
