We stayed multiple times in this hotel. As always, the pools were warm, the Spa was well maintained, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were polite both in the reception and the restaurant, and the bar as well.

For a four star hotel everything was better than we expected. It's clean, in a very nice location near a small forest with mountain view everywhere. The buffet was very good both for breakfast and for dinner. The kitchen is trying to have variety of food everyday with Bulgarian and Mediterranean food. The service staff was polite and quick. The Spa is simply great. Everything we used was very well maintained and clean. The room was big, clean and very warm.

Rooms were spacious and very cosy, food was amazing , our group particularly benefitted from the long breakfast hours as we enjoyed the quiet pool / spa zone in early mornings to then have breakfast after 9.30am. The most enjoyable experience was the outdoor pool which clearly differentiates Hot Springs hotel from the other 4 star hotels in the area. I also experienced a deep tissue massage in the Health Club, which I cannot recommend enough.

I looed everything about this place, the room, the food which is phenomenal with a lot of home-grown produce,the staff was kind, the spa facilities are incredible and so it's the massive swimming pool with hot water.

We have been there multiple times and it’s been amazing! We got Christmas presents from the hotel administration which we loved. The food was great, the staff always polite and friendly! The SPA zone is spacious and comfortable. Parking is available outside. There’s also ski shuttle if you’re into skiing at Bansko.
