The front desk staff were friendly and efficient after a long roadtrip from Canada. Our room location was very conveniently located near the lobby, which was helpful with small children and luggage. We did not hear any extra noise at this location. The breakfast room was clean and bright with many seating options and plenty of hot, fresh food to choose from. My kids made their own waffles and it was the highlight of their trip. The shower was hot and the beds were comfy. If we're in the area again, we would choose to stay here.

I ended up needing to spend two nights instead of one because of a snowstorm, and worked a full day from my room. The staff were wonderful and setup and value is excellent.

The staff were incredible!! They made our staff so enjoyable, going above and beyond for us. The hotel is clean, charming and located close to a range of shopping. Great parking too!
