Great place ...easy access to town shops markets very cosy quiet place in heart of city it's old house so don't expect any fancy stuff...but really good place for low budget fun.

host is super helpful, responsive and flexible, room is perfect with big table, drawers, extra chairs, etc... borrow a bike to get to MRT quickly or just ride around the area for food and shopping walk down alleyways to get to the bus stop, much closer than MRT

The host are very kind, accommodation is clean, quiet, the rooms are private surrounding with green garden, located in the center near Mrt. Huai Khwang. In the alley there is a variety of food for sale and a convenience store including groceries. Loco,.

Nuwat is such a kind host. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He can speak English very well, so it's nice to be able to hold a conversation with a local. If you have questions about something related to Thai culture or places to visit around the city, he can give you some recommendations. The room is spacious and comfortable. The private bathroom was clean and nice. Nuwat offered me to fix the shower so that I could have hot water, but it wasn't necessary because it was hot and wet every day. Anyways there was another bathroom next to the room in case I wanted a warm shower, but I didn't use it. The kitchen is downstairs. There is a microwave and a fridge. There is a cupboard with cutlery and some plates. The kitchen would be perfect if there was a cooker or a stove though. The street where the guest house is located is quiet. Young and Beautiful is close to the train station and some shops/markets where you can buy groceries or street food at a good price. There is also a small store nearby where you can buy a plug adaptor (I didn't know that they used a different one before coming). I work as a freelancer, so I had to rely a lot on the wi-fi connection. Overall, it worked very well. There were some small instances in which the connection was not that stable, but it was just for a couple of seconds. All in all, I really enjoyed my long stay in this quiet guest house. It was nice to see some squirrels in the trees, too!

Every time I'm in Bangkok, I can't help but think of this place. The rooms are always spotless, the beds are super comfy, and the host even double-checks to make sure the sheets and pillowcases smell fresh. It's a bit off the beaten path, but it's still less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station. And the local night market is open until the wee hours of the morning, so no matter when you arrive in Bangkok, there's always a place to relax and recharge here.

The place is a little off the main roads, which makes it nice and peaceful while still having access to the Metro within walkable distance and many nice food places for a smaller budget. And the owner was always easily available over the chat and very helpful!
