For breakfast, Bep (the owner) makes a nice fruit salad with mango sticky rice! What a treat! It is so nice to be able to sit outside for a breakfast or just to hang out. For us an excellent location as it is in a quiet part of town, but due its proxibilty to the river and several jetty's it provides an excellent accessibility to town. Moreover, it is not touristic, but genuinly nice markets and restaurants very close where local people eat. Just a wunderful family that runs the guesthouse! Totally recommended

This was a very nice and relaxing stay for newcomers to Bangkok. The hotel is on the other side of the river but easily reached by ferry or metro and bus. It's tucked in a side street and quiet, with places to sit outside in a tree-lined garden. In the evening you can sit in nearby restaurants directly on the riverside. The host is very nice, sincere and helpful with everything you need. Small breakfast, tea-making facilities are included. The host's mother is also part of the operation and an extremely nice lady, also with good English so that it's easy to converse. We really felt very welcome and at home. If you don't want to be in the party district, this is the place to be.

Excellent location in the centre of the city. It’s a few steps to the ferry port where you can catch a ferry which is very convenient and a lovely way to see the city from the river. Also very easy to step out and catch a taxi. Even though it’s in the centre of the city, right near the main temples and sights, it’s down a pretty, quiet little alley which means it’s quite peaceful. The highlight is definitely the staff. Everyone is so lovely and hospitable. They are all eager to help and set your mind at ease. The fresh-cut fruit and mango sticky rice for breakfast is really delicious (some of the best sticky rice I had on holiday). The house and rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed at.

The architecture of style was superb, calm, and cosy. We really liked the close proximity to the market with various street foods. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and 👏 amazing mango sticky rice. The host was not only very friendly and accommodating but also ensured everything was going as planned.
