HUGE and magnificent lobby gives you the impression of a high luxury hote - Fairly good variety for breakfast and lunch l - Excellent bell boys, always smiling while greeting. - 7/11 available in less than 1 minute walk, - Easily accessible via any type of taxi and well situated - Hotel Tuktuk / shuttle every 30 mins for only 30 bahts per person - Quick abd very effective laundry service provided by the hotel - Very helpful housekeeping staff, kudos to them!! Overall, great improvement noted in service delivery as compared to same leriod last year, keep the good job going!!

We stay only for one night (because airline change the flight and we arrive one day earlier) and it was perfect! Unfortunately we had another hotel reservation (as we regret but unfortunately we had paid) and we can’t cancel to stay more days to twins tower hotel ! I am sure the next time that I will visit Bangkok I will stay there !!

Property was close to malls and on taxi and tuk tuk route. Rooms is nice and spacious. Pool area nice and clean. Nice big pool.
