Not a bad experience but not the best. The hotel is nice, staff are nice and the room is nice but what downgraded my experience was the ZERO soundproofing of the windows ! You can hear the busiest road in bangkok all the time so if you;re not a deep sleeper and looking to stay for several days, i don't recommend the hotel ! Pool area is not spacious but the pool is very cool ! We spent only a night and i can summarize it with "it's ok"

The staff are nice and well mannered. Generally the rooms and toilets are clean. The reception area is cozy as well as the infinity pool. Beddings are comfortable enough for a good night sleep and the balcony for each room is a good addition for morning coffee area even though it is small it adds to the room experience. Well lit as well with lots of light mode options.

nice hotel that we used for one night only, for new years eve. The hotel is clean and the swimming pool in the rooftop is nice, the room we got was large, tidy and relatively quiet. Earplugs are offered as complimentary in the room in case you hear too much noise from the street, we did not use them tho. Breakfast was complete (both continental and thai) and good. Overall, it was aligned with our expectations. Plus, they let us leave our luggages before check in and after check out.

Obviously as we paid well (for Bangkok standards) we’ve get great clean and modern ambient. Breakfast were reach and great variety, we went to the swimming pool several times in the evening. Air conditioner worked very well it was important as we had a super sunny side so the room warmed up very fast. I would say we passed a good acclimatization at this hotel once landed to Bangkok at first.

Staff are really friendly, hotel is all new and clean. Good room sizes, the hotel gym is probably the best we have come across. Pool area also great. Really liked On Nut area where you can pick up BTS nearby - some great places for breakfast and food.

We were just staying for one night before heading to Hua Hin. For a one night stay it was comfortable, and the staff were nice. The rooftop pool offers nice views, and it was good to cool off before heading down south. The gym had good equipment, and you can get in a decent weight session. For a short stay this hotel is a good choice.

The big bonus at this hotel is the welcoming staff - which has been kind and helpful from the beginning of our stay. The rooms are practical, bathrooms are ok - the rooftop pool is a nice spot to relax and wind down from the speed of BKK. The breakfast was very good, all wishes fulfilled. It's a 10 min walk to the BTS station and if you are lucky you can get a ride with the shuttle - don't rely on it, its not always there.

The place is perfect to stay in. There was a problem with the room and staff were always so helpful and so polite and helped us. Recommend this place.
