The staff were excellent and the hotel was excellent value for money. The wifi was great . No problems at all. Supermarket across the road.

Old style Bangkok guest house. Room and internal facilities completely adequate. Quiet. No instrusive staff - could come and go unnoticed. Great if you don't like to be fussed over. No restaurant (I prefer to eat locally) but several coffee shops and an alleyway street market adjacent to the hotel with plentiful street food. Short walk to BTS public transport and other shops/malls.

The room well equipped with fridge, water and microwave, hostel style kitchen also available in reception with hot water, a water dispenser, utensils and complimentary hot drinks. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed me to check in last minute after a previous hostel did not have windows. The balcony was small but for the price I was very happy as the room was large.

Location, room space, the cleaning staff. Tip 1: While most of the tourists think Silom (Sala Daeng) BTS station as nearest to this property, Chong Nonsi station is near as well and with better walking conditions, more easy to access and less crowded. Tip 2: don't walk from BTS station onto the property after the sun goes down. Take a taxi or bike taxi. It's not a security issue, it's a safe area without any incidents. It is a matter of disgust in certain small mammals. (the problem is not only in the narrow Soi but also in the main street of Silom Road)

It is at the end of an alley that is a daytime market with a lot of interesting food, and a some shops. The BTS train station is straight opposite the other end of that alley. The big Silom Dental is also just there.

The place is fantastic, nice rooms, good location, very clean, the people very nice, street market close to the hotel, all kind of facilities... I was Happy in Thaiphiphat house
