We loved Takumi Restaurant, the quality of the food and the SUPERB service of Nicha, Phoom and also Jek, Noika, Nink and Aung Aing. We actually asked Nicha and Phoom to be in a photo with us. We also appreciated the help of the Concierge who said he had worked at the Hotel for many years. The pool area was a delight. The water pressure in the shower was better than anywhere we have stayed in Bangkok in 20 years.

Overall it is an impressive place, the staffing is perfect, the warm welcome and the accommodation were 👍🏾, I regretted was not able to make it my primarily stayed, next time I guess

Location is very good, near underground train station. Breakfast is also good, have lots of variety of food.

Awesome hotel and team. Smiling team members and great happy vibe as usual. Hotel has everything one could need for holiday or business. Arparada and Taspicha drive a hard bargain but the meeting room was huge, very well organised and very good service from the team on duty on the 19th and 20th October. Thanks to all involved.
