We stayed in. Horizon Club room which was fabulous. The room was lovely and the facilities in the Horizon Club Lounge were excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient too.

The view of the river was amazing. We arrived late due to delays in our flight, but we’re able to catch the end of sunset so it made the evening even more special.

I recently stayed at shangri-La Hotel , and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a delightful variety of choices that catered to all tastes. What truly made my stay memorable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel made it a pleasure to be there. Overall, I highly recommend shangri-La Hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

The staff are exceptional, so friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. We had breakfast included which has literally anything you could ask for and filled us up for the day. The facilities are great too.

Shangri-la Bangkok exceeded our expectations. We visited other Shangri-la hotels before, but the Bagkok's one was definitely the best of them. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, restaurants are excellent, just a bit overpriced for the city, the service of the traditional boat that takes one to IconSiam is very useful and the proximity to Sathor BST station is very convenient.

The location was brilliant and we loved watching the boats go down the river. The pool is gorgeous. The hotel staff were great and friendly but be careful the food is very expensive in the restaurants. we loved the boat taxi over to the shopping mall. The rooms were comfy and silent at night and room service was brilliant.
