Food was excellent, though a little pricey. Pool was amazing. Table tennis and gym also fantastic. Rooms were super quiet and lifts came quickly.

A well sized and looked to be well equipped room if everything worked. . Free shuttle was very good. Nice pool, sauna and gym with plentiful supply of towels etc.

Gym and pool was great. Door staff were so friendly and helpful and it was so good having a tuk tuk shuttle service to the main road. Very handy mini mart in the building too

All staff were lovely with spot on advice re taxi times to airport etc in Bangkok rush hour traffic. Very clean. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Very close to yokkao gym / food / massage / malls / bts. I’ve stayed there twice before and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again - it’s good value & very comfy.

Big rooms, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Very good sound proofing. Staff were exceptional, always pleasant and always helpful. Great shuttle service to BTS. Nice restaurants close by and easy to get to other parts of Bangkok via the BTS. Good breakfast in the coffee club but not so good in the buffet area. Pool was big and sunny.

location excellent. it was easy for taxis and coach transports to pull in. Pool is clean and we had 3 children with us and they loved the pool. A real treat and used it a lot. Rooms were very big and comfortable with washing machines in.

customer service was on point, nice facilites, with floor lever providing 2 restaurants (1 is Coffee club) and a supermarked (Lawson) the pool and fitness could have been better in details, like a bit more privacy regarding bathrooms, mens bathroom opens up for everyone to see, upon entering, I almost flashed another guest at the hotel, who was using the sauna, to other guests walking by. and the lighting in the hotel bathrooms could have been better.
