“a nightmare”

nothing, I paid 45 euros for a deluxe room and I find myself with a tiny room. The pictures are not at all conform, the room should be 27 square meters but it's only 9 or even less, everything is broken, the air conditioning, the wifi nothing works and the staff doesn't speak or doesn't care

My booking was initially for a long period of time so the receptionist upgraded the room for free. I got soft pillows on a large clean bed, a closet, two complimentary bottles of drinking water, and a fridge. They provided free shampoo and hand soap and also allowed me to borrow their hair dryer. I was able to dry my clothes on the clothing rack in the backyard after washing them. The charging sockets were conveniently located at the desk and next to the bed. The air conditioning was good and I slept comfortably with the clean duvet. I appreciate the privacy the staff let me have since i spent a lot of time in my room.
