The location and staff were great. The wifi is good, and the breakfast is superb. They do vegetarian if you ask for it. Beds are comfortable for Asia. The AC works great.

I stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoyed it. I have been in triples, twins and even the single rooms have everything I appreciate, especially a private balcony. The location is great. Good cost-benefit. Breakfast could be improved. I advise to book well in advance.

A litlequet jam! Room was clean and comfortable ( a bit harder matrasse as everywhere in Asia). Great location, in a quet street but next to restaurants, shops, and everything you may need. The care of the owner was not just reflected in her loving reception and imediat action where there was a problem with my fridge, but in the amount of detail that was put to make make the room functional and meet needs of a traveler. I got the room on the 5th floor ( 4th level) and regardless of many stares to climb it was worthy for the view to the golden pagoda and the city. I will certainly come back.

Fantastic family run guest house Very clean Staff are absolutely lovely and work very hard The family who own the guest house are very kind and helpful The Thai breakfast is delicious 😋 Excellent value for money and in a relaxed area just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main busy areas around Khosan Road We really liked this area and found some lovely relaxed and chilled out bars and delicious Thai restaurants very close to the guesthouse. Will definitely stay here again
