The bed was huge and comfortable. The locations is great, in the coolest district Talat Noi, just next to Chinatown and still it is quiet at night so you can easily have a good sleep. The hotel has nice personel that helps at any hour you need (24h reception). We enjoyed a lot having a sunset beer on the rooftop - they even have craft beers (Chiang Mai pale ale was very good)! Worth going there at least half an hour before sunset, because it gets full.

It was cozy, the room is very spacious and comfortable beds. It was clean and very happy as we were being upgraded to deluxe room. The night duty receptionist during our stay is very friendly and helpful. She accommodates us in our needs.

It was cozy and nice the staff are friendly specially the receptionist who works night shift. I forgot her name. She’s friendly and very helpful. The place itself is good but only one thing is the location. The cars cant go in as the street is too tight. Difficult if you’ve got big luggages. Apart from that, its nice, surrounded by little cutey shops and it is safe to walk around even at night time.

The receptionist who welcomed us at midnight was charming and very patient The location is great, close to Chinatown and the Railway station where trains leave for Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. The draft Singha beer upstairs is a wonderful accompaniment to the lovely views.

This hotel is wonderful - river views and awesome location. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. The upstairs restaurant has reliable food and spectacular views of the city and of sunset. Absolutely love this hotel and the area - gorgeous cafes and restaurants nearby and come back ro this area and hotel often.
