I connected with Ploy for booking and she was just fantastic. It truly was a pleasure talking with her. When we arrived she has so sweetly welcomed us with a decoration on our bed. Location was perfect and very convenient , the breakfast was massive and excellent.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The exec lounge is amazing with a great selection of canapes and drinks between 5.30pm-7.30pm. The pool is lovely

We stayed at the (excellent) Club Level and were very well looked after by the Club Lounge Team. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were extremely freindly and effective without being intrusive. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the property also offers a beautiful indoor pool plus spa and gym. Food and drink at the club lounge were very varied and of excellent quality.
