I honestly like this hotel, the rooms are spacious and the location is like in the Heart of Bangkok. The property manager is an amazing soul & he extends his arms to make the stay memorable and comfortable.

the staff was wonderful and very helpful. Everyone from check-in/out staff, restaurant (dinner & breakfast) staff and even the tuk tuk driver was accommodating and eager to help you with your queries.

The place needs renovation and refurbishment, appears weather beaten and facilities largely need some.upgrade, especially the bed, TV, cabinets and the bathroom facilities.. Breakfast was limited and did not represent value for money. The door was heavy and difficult to open.

Was fantastic, staff so friendly and helpful, free shuttle service, best breakfast and breakfast area ive ever experienced anywhere in asia, best value for money in bangkok, only place i will stay now in bangkok.
