The standard rooms weren’t impressive even for a solo traveler but if you’re on a budget it’s pretty ok. I upgraded to the executive room for a discount and staff were very helpful in getting that sorted on the spot.

Great location, within walking distance of Nana station. T21 Shopping centre and main street 11. Rooftop pool was nice for sunset/sunrise Gym was basic but still good use.

The reception manager ESTER was brilliant we were 5 is us which included 8 month old toddler and 2 senior citizen ladies We arrived at 10 am and though it was early she checked us in and made all of us comfortable She also provided a baby cot for my 8 month old son The staff were exceptional Brilliant Always ready to help si any time Ester your a super star

Located just within a very short distance from Nana BTS station. My heartiest thanks to hotel staffs particularly Ms. Tea (Front Office Manager), Wiwa & Peach (Front Desk), Wee & Jom (Bell Team) for being extremely cordial & always ready to help & guide me for any assistance which I required. The room was comfortable, neat & clean. The Japanese food in the rooftop restaurant was good. This hotel is an ideal place to stay in Bangkok's Sukhumvit 11 tourist area.
