Great rooms. Close to MBK and Siam square. Very helpful staff at any time we needed (my daughter arrived with broken leg...) including let us use their wheelchair through the entire staying. Great food at breakfast, big variety.

Truely excellent in every way, conveniently located, modern and superbly maintained. Attentive and friendly staff. Great breakfast with good variety of international food. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Overall a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

Rooms are great. Location is excellent. Didn’t take breakfast as in the past we’ve found it too frantic. The pool is fabulous but the surrounding area needs some attention, there needs to be more umbrellas/shade, staff need to control better those users making a nuisance (noise, dive bombing, using glass by the pool, not respecting the lane swimming area). Food and drink is very expensive by the pool so we didn’t have any. Overall the experience is good (we’ve been staying for years) but I am now questioning value for money. May stay elsewhere next time.

Room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Breakfast was good with a wide spread of varieties. Convenient location with all major malls situated around the hotel.
