location: Asoke BTS foot distance; roof top & a swimming-pool area; a fabulous view from the window & 15th floor terrace; an excellent park by; developed infrastructure; massage salons around; Terminal 21 is very close to; Fitness clubs 24/7; resto on the 2d floor & it's staff; cafes, restos, foodcourts for any taste

The location of the hotel is great with easy access to metro and train, 7/11 across the street, and the amazing Benchakitti Park just a 5-minute walk from Park Plaza. I got a room on 11th floor and view of the Bangkok night skyline was amazing!

The staff were great, breakfast choices and variety were excellent. The room was a great size, comfortable and clean. Loved the rainfall showerhead. Close to Skytrain and the wonderful Terminal 21 Shopping Centre.

The people in the hotel were really amazing and helpful with everything. Food in the hotel restaurant was really great. Not only breakfast, but we had there also lunch and dinner sometimes and food was great. The rooms were very clean and nice.
