Room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was amazing. Nice area, a lot of choices. The pool was very clean and its size was good. Hotel was clean, well decorated and looks luxury. Location was amazing Polite staff

Booked into Nysa as our flight home to UK was cancelled due to Heathrow closure. This was our second stay in Bangkok in 2 weeks. What to say. The hotel is truly lovely. The room (652) was frankly outstanding. Breakfast is very good. The pool is pretty good The staff were superb. The location is spot on, wish we had stayed here the first time. The hotel is located right in the thick of Bangkok. This was a truly fantastic experience albeit a last minute emergency booking. Highly recommended.

We stayed here twice, at the beginning and at the end of our trip to Thailand. The location is perfect, close to the metro. The hotel is nice and our room and bathroom were really spacious. The bed was super comfy, we slept very well. The bathroom products smelled good, and I liked that we had an iron in the room! We also got free mineral water every day.

It was an amazing stay! The bed was comfy, the shower and the bath was great. Room cleaning was also on point. We also enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was delicious, with both western and asian choices. Also the staff, reception, security guard ), concierges was amazing. I felt really safe with the security guard 24/7 at the entrance. Would definitely come back:)

Dream and the guy on reception were very helpful on arrival, getting us booked in quickly and efficiently. Dream and the man on Conciege also helped us find our way to our TukTuk tour. We used the hotels shuttle service which was great and booked transfer to Don Mueang Airport. Whilst it was a short visit to Bangkok we enjoyed our stay here.

I love how unique this place is, the Decoration and colors are appealing. The breakfast buffet and area are one of the best I experienced in my life! Better than the Mariott. The coffee was ok. The room was really good isolated and sound proof. The doors will close slowly so nobody is going to bother you when you sleep!! It is a detail that I really appreciate, I am sensitive to noise and I didn't hear anything. The bath tub and products were beyond my expectations, excellent! Thank you also fot the team foe their understanding. They asked us for 2000 baht deposit and our card didn't work so we found a solution. The cocktails were amazing. On the 14th of feb. They had a concert and I sang with them.
