The location, comfort and facilities are all excellent. The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit entertainment area of Bangkok. It has a nice restaurant which doubles as the breakfast area, and there is a rooftop pool for relaxation. The bedroom and bathroom both had plenty of space, and there was a well-stocked mini bar in the room too. The staff were terrific. I arrived early and since my room was ready, they let me use it. They arranged various things for me during my stay there and gave me good guidance on what to see nearby. I will always be staying at this hotel when I visit Bangkok.

The ex park plaza sukhumvit hotel rebranded. Construction noise from day 1 to 11.poolarea was till our departure not really usable. Earthquake at 28. March was no reason for management to comfort their guests or give instructions for worried ones in case of repetition. location principially in good walking distance to entertainment businesses. cars reach the hotel only over a giant U-turn . Clientel during our stay mostly came from asia. Therefore the breakfast buffet offers a variety of continental and asian dishes. Cutlery was clearly chosen by someone who is more used to chopsticks than to fork and knife. The bar is a corner at breakfast room. We have never seen anybody there.

One of the best, helpfull and friendliest hotel staff I ever had to deal with. Especially at the lobby level. And I am travelling quite often. Congratulation to that good team spirit. The service at the breakfast was also perfect as well a great and friendly team there too. Great, just to recommend.
