Excellent location, large room, a nice large writing table and comfortable beds. The Airport metro is a five minute walk. Convenience stores all around.

Aircondition did not work,very hot. They promised to help,no one came. Reception friendly on check in,didnt say a word on check out. Hotel needs refubishment,but room was affordable,price reflect the room.

Located right next to the train station. When we check in our room there was maintenance and when we asked the front desk they told us that it was impossible in a rude way I had to show them the pictures of the ladder before they start believing us. The guy working with the luggage wasn’t nice either he was talking to the customers in a really rude way. The room itself was pretty nice clean and confortable. Great value but don’t except a warm welcome.

Location is easily accessible from Airport. Closeness to public transport makes it easier for guests to explore the city of Bangkok. The food court at Rakhamheang Airport Link Station is great!

The receptionist communicated with us in English( very well, they spoke very politely and they understood every word that was said. The food here was very tasty.
