Excellent hotel in all.aspects. breakfasts offered many choices, changing daily. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Gym amazing! Italian restaurant outstanding. One of the best hotel pools in Bangkok. Only negative was the location. Soi 55 is.not near anything, but hotel provides free transportation.to BTS station.

Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and friendly (allowed us to have late check out at no extra cost). The complimentary shuttle bus was a bonus. Pool was good and breakfast generous.

We got a room upgrade which obviously enhanced the experience but even besides that it was a really nice hotel and if not cheap we did consider it very good value for money given the service and experience. Great area with lots of good restaurants.

Staff were exceptional. Ambience and quality of the furnishing/ environment was very classy yet comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of drinking water provided. Excellent toiletries and hair/body are products including toothbrush/shaving kit etc. Excellent pool and gym facilities. Poolside bar. Room service, stylish lounge area for breakfast.
