Modena is a very good hotel with a location close to the metro station. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and was also very clean (the cleaning was done every day) Very kind and helpful staff which allow us to get an early check-in after a long flight.

-superb location, stone throw to MRT QSNCC -the opposite is the building with coffee places, many reataurant, thus you cab enjoy breakfast, brunch, dinner in walking distance - you can also walking to the QSNCC park, - I got room with west view on 11 floor, with the park view - room is 25sqm but great layout, kind of sound proof i guess - big bathroom with shower - hair drier, free 2 bottles drinking water - desk and chair to enjoy the view - air con is great - netflix - good internet - loads of parking lot

the cleanliness of the room, the hotel is in front of QSNCC we went there like almost everyday during stay because of food court and more, good location to book grab or simply few step to train station.
