the breakfast was really good, the room was very decent, the staff was very nice, the pool was big and beautiful, it was very cold, and the gym was as well nice for a hotel. the restaurant of the hotel is excellent wifi really strong

The staff at this hotel is absolutely fantastic. The warmth of the Thai people shines through, and the whole team is truly wonderful. The gym is compact but gets the job done—definitely nice enough. While the view of the swimming pool is pleasant, it doesn't quite take your breath away. The hotel is generally clean, though not without its flaws; for instance, my sheets were slightly soiled. I didn’t mind it too much, but it certainly doesn't meet the standards you'd expect for a hotel with this many stars. I didn’t dine here, but the selection of drinks was pretty good.

The hotel was great and in good location to walking distance shopping malls and markets. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities available were always clean and free to use.
