The hotel Lohan is well-organized, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bicycle, ironing facilities, and secure lockers are a great touch, and the rooms are peaceful and spotless. However, the reception staff could use more training in customer service. A warm smile and a friendly welcome would make guests feel much more at home, especially during check-in, whether in the morning or at night. It would also be helpful if staff could walk guests to the breakfast area instead of just telling them to a building, as it can be confusing. Lastly, while the included coffee is not great, the paid coffee is exceptional and worth mentioning. Overall, everything else is fantastic, and I’d rate this experience 10/10 with just a little improvement needed in staff interactions. Thank you!

Great location. Close to bars and restaurants but far away enough to be quiet. Room cleaned every day to a high standard. Plenty of fresh water left everyday. Superb rooftop pool with great views over Bangkok. Very handy tuc tuc to take to the end of Soi 2. All in all superb hotel made even better by very helpful smiley staff. VFM

Loved the breakfast especially the egg station, size of room was fantastic and included a small kitchen. There were some extras such as a yoga mat, a drying rack which we loved. We had shuttle tuk tuk service available to us as well.

Great location yet very quiet and relaxing. Big rooms almost self catering. Cleaned every day to high standard. Polite helpful staff.

excellent staff who were always very helpful. The pool on the roof is a real bonus and gets the sun most of the day.
