The breakfast spread was amazing. The staff of all department were very efficient and caring to the customer's needs. I suggested that there should be clock at the pool area.

What a fantastic hotel with an amazing team of people working for them!! Many thanks to NJ and the chefs… the breakfast and dinners were so good that we did not want to go out and eat. Thanks to the information girls Pai and Oui who were very helpful and nothing was too much for them…they even did our check-in with the airlines!! Kimpton Maa-lai believe in heartfelt connection and providing space where you can feel your best in mind, body and spirit. Well we certainly felt all of that thanks to their staff. We cannot wait to come back for another stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be recommending this hotel to friends and family! Mayuri and Nitin

Lovely room, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The check-in and out procedure was very straightforward, the staff generally were very attentive and professional, although the doormen could be a little more helpful at times.

The chefs, specially Chef Gourav Sharma, were very helpful in navigating the breakfast spread given our dietary restrictions (Indian vegetarian).

Beatiful hotel! Upon arrival we received an upgrade to Junior Suite which was mindblowing! It is one of the most luxurious rooms we have ever stayed in! Thank you so much for upgrading us!!
