Hi we stayed there for three nights and we found the Location bit out of the way where we wanted to be so we asked them if we can go to their sister hotel and they said it’s not possible so I had to ring up working.com and asked them what they can they do so they did give us the last day Money back or the hotel did not give us any money back for upgrades. I think that wasn’t fair.

Jacuzzi was good, very clean, big and open space, good tv's, good view, there's a good shop pretty much inside the hotel, staff was great and helpful, overall and great place to stay

Our apartment has been upgraded for free to a 3bed. Nice staff, nice pool for the kids to play in and a breathtaking views at night from our hotel window.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The size of the apartment was great for us. Shuttle bus between the hotel and Ekamai station was convenient. The supermarket in the building was a big help.
