Breakfast is the same everyday and rather tasteless. Fruit was fresh thought. My room was ok, curtains didn't pull properly and shower had little bits of mould. I chose the green option to not get my room cleaned everyday so had to ask for water and toilet paper which they gave me. Location was excellent for what I needed.

Breakfast was good, location is near lots of attractions, room was neat, clean and comfortable. We enjoy our stay and the staff is very friendly.

A lady named Geswimon Naku went out of her way to assist me in tracking a lost piece of luggage that was still in Hong Kong. She spoke to Thai Airlines, tracked it down and arranged for it to be delivered to my next destination. Fantastic service! Thanks, a million Me Naku!!!

The staff should me more english fluent, and kindly allocate a staff at the reception overnight. The lobby is dark.

Paying 200 Baht for a set menu was for breakfast which I did not like where as there are other Hotels nearby who charge 200 Baht for walk in buffet breakfast with more varieties.

I was very sad they did not still have their buffet breakfast....it was a feature of other stays I have had. I hope it returns. The staff were lovely. The entrance to the hotel now lacks soul. It's empty and uninviting

I am probably one of the most veteran customers of the Indra Regent (38 years - over 150 stays). I have a lot of sympathy to the place. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is excelent. The swimming pool is very nice.

Cleaneliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is next to shops and Indra Square is within the complex.

The location is great and the room is very spacious and clean. The swimming pool is fantastic. All the staff that's been there for many years make you feel welcome and it feels like home away from home. They will always go the extra mile and are very friendly.

The location is simply the best. The staff that's been there for years and years make you feel very welcome and will go the extra mile for you. Its like family. Especially the older ladies at the reception and my favourite cleaning lady on the 15th floor.
