The breakfast is unique and delicious. So many options and taste amazing. Hotel room has a great space. We travel with a child and lots of luggage and everything fitted well - the bed was extra comfortable.

The room is super clean . As I told the staff before leaving " best room I've had in sukhumvit road " I've been in sofitel the day before and jw marriot . Simply love it and will make sure to come back ! And they upgraded my room which was so nice

Until I discovered a night later that they gave me the wrong Pool View room, the Hyatt was a rather underwhelming experience. But once I got the room I paid for, it was all good! Weird how the same exact room but with a different inferior view is not as ‘inspiring’! Also great dining experience at the Market Cafe. Great wonderful staff. Location excellent.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok. Modern, amazing views from room (we stayed on the 26th floor which is part of the Regency club). Pool is stunning, best buffet breakfast I have ever had. This is now our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back for a 3rd.

Location was great.. right in the heart of Sukhimvit. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly.. even providing a birthday cake for my husbands birthday.
