Location is perfect. Staffs are very polite and kind. Breakfast has almost no vegetarian option but if someone is vegetarian, the staff in the kitchen can cook for you according to your need. We met a wonderful guy who helped us in picking our vegetarian breakfast and he was very kind and sweet and served us a vegetarian breakfast.

The location was very central, close to a bts sky train station, near a good pavilion, next to central mall with money exchanges and many designer brands, small street markets and a multitude of 7-11s that operate 24h. The hotel itself was very convenient with a continental breakfast available between 6 and 10 as well as a self- serve laundry facility. Couple of fun vending machines next to the elevator and in the laundry room really helped give you options. The staff at the front were very welcoming and helpful! They can arrange wakeup calls, arrange taxis, provide change for laundry etc. Good customer service and good ambiance. Finally, there are several massage and hair styling shops in the vicinity. Try Fasai massage. Very reasonably priced and a good therapeutic massage each time!

Tour kiosk on sight very accommodating. 5 minute walk to sky train, 15 minute walk and train to fantastic restaurants. Shopping center 5 minute walk. Location was perfect.

I loved the Breakfast options. Always kept topped up and fresh with different options on the menu each day. I loved that it was very close proximity to Sathorn Main Pier for Ferries and Tourist Boat which makes getting around the attractions very simple. I also loved the proximity to Saphan Taksim BTS station, Silom line with links in Saladaeng to the MRT with all the transport options available close to the hotel you can travel all over.

Coming from India, where food holds great importance, we truly appreciated the amazing breakfast. However, what stood out even more was the exceptional care and hospitality provided by the staff during breakfast. There was a lady, probably around 50 years old (unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name), who was an outstanding host and made our experience even more memorable.

Very new, clean and modern hotel , absolutely meeting this chain expectation. Good working airco, modern bathroom, excellent bed. Location is convenient next to the Pier and Sky train.

why you don’t have any veg options in breakfast? property was very good staff and them mature was also amazing but we didn’t like your menu in breakfast there is no veg option😞
