Friendliness of the staff, especially Nannie and Batt and Jack. Fantastic breakfast. International electric sockets. Great location by the skytrain and shopping malls. Lovely to eat breakfast outside.

The service is excellent, the room was spacious and clean with a huge, comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was very diverse and tasty, and the location was excellent.
