Cardholder name must also match with guest’s identification document or guest may be asked to pay with alternative method.The cancellation the check in date or early check out will be charged total amount of booking as penalty.Hotel did not provide liquor for sales. Central location, friendly stuff and general very clean, having the minibar included in the stay was a plus. The spa on the 30th floor was really good and quite clean

Good location, walking distance to MRT, shopping Malls, restaurants. Rooms were nice and comfortable, spacious balcony to sit and relax during the day. Comfortable beds, breakfast was nice. Full marks to the concierge, they were so helpful and took care of all our needs.

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Made us feel like royalty. Prime location for getting around and exploring bangkok. 2 minute walk to bts station. Will definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Bangkok.

Location across the street from 2 mega malls and the BTS is fabulous. Liked they provide a dining table instead of usual low coffee table. Ideal for those bringing back snacks for supper!
