Grand China Bangkok exceeded our expectations. Excellent location in fascinating Chinatown, extremely helpful and accommodating staff, lovely spacious and quiet room and multiple rooftop dining/ bar options.

The hotel was beyond the my expectations. The check in was traditional. The concierge took our luggage to our room. The hotel room was very clean. We had a fantastic view from our windows. It was New Year’s Eve. There were special events for count down in the hotel that night. We chose to see the fireworks from our room. The hotel was in the premium location in China Town. My daughter has left her Apple Watch in the room after check out. The house keeper has found it for us for collection.

Great location right in the heart of China town. Unfortunately something belonging to us was broken when our room was cleaned. However the head of house keeping was excellent and we were compensated fully. Brilliant service - thanks

It was wonderful. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and everyone was super nice. I aked their help to mark the day and in the morning some of the staff came with cake, flowers, a card and a small present and sang happy birthday to her. And at dinner, the singer also sang to her. Se was super excited. So 10+ for the staff The room was big, very clean and the hotel is quite interesting. The view from the room was spectacular. We stayed at the 15 floor.

Pros: very cool art deco hotel. Great location for the first time tourist. Close to the river, tourist attractions, ongoing markets outside. Fantastic views. Very friendly and helpful staff, even for Thailand. Tasy breakfast buffé. Good gym for this type of hotel. The family is keen to stay here again.

Location is amazing. Walking distance to chinatown and easy to catch a metro or ferry to go to other places. We were lucky to have a river view and could see the full new year eve fireworks from the room.
