The fine print
Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in the guestrooms. Guests smoking in the rooms will be charged a penalty fee of THB 2000 per room.Guests are kindly requested to provide their arrival details upon making a reservation or at least 24 hours prior to arrival. For any late arrivals, please inform the hotel in advance using the contact information found on the booking confirmation.Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. The credit card along with a valid photo identification must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. In cases where the credit card name does not correspond to the guest's name on the confirmation, the hotel will collect cash payment from that guest upon arrival.Upon checking-in, guests are required to present their passports and settle a refundable deposit of THB 1000 for the room keys and minibar. The deposit must be paid in cash directly to the hotel.

Quite place at Soi 5, good for Arabic families, receptionist speaks Arabic language and halal food available in breakfast.

I lost my wallet and the staff helped me a lot with this. The hotel was clean and serious. I think there are very few places more suitable especially for families. I would also like to thank the staff for their helpfulness.

Great comfortable bed, very modern, spacious and luxurious clean non-smoking room. Bathroom very luxurious and spacious as well. For the price, you get 5star facilities for the price of a 3 star hotel. Also includes microwave and fridge with no mini bar. (Handy as 7 eleven is 40m from the hotel) Great lobby and design, good Thai staff. Housekeeping do a good job as well. (Dial 9 for room service as the other buttons on the phone don't work) Walking distance to Nana BTS station. Hotel catered for Arab clientele, and the signage/ restaurant reflects this. (Not a con as the food is decent, and most customers are well-mannered, but be advised as it is the hotel's main selling point)

Everything has been great since starting my stay. The room is awesome, and all the staff are friendly, helpful, and respectful. Definitely will be my spot whenever I visit Bangkok again.
