The fine print
Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking.Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.Guests are required to present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in at the hotel. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. If the guest fails to provide the credit card, the hotel shall have the right to request for an alternative payment method.Child age 4 to 12 years olds, free accommodation (sharing existing bed with parents). Additional breakfast will be charged at THB 175.- per dayPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Proximity to Sukumvhit road and BTS station. Quiet location but only 5 minutes walk to the nightlife, BTS, malls etc.

Okay breakfast, excellent location (close to ALL the action and transports), proper hotel, nice pool at the top (didnt swim because there were mostly old men there). The staff always smiled and said hello and they always opened the front door for me if they were there. I don't usually comment on staff, but i liked their warmth.

It was a nice area to stay, near to a lot of attractions in Sukhumvit. The room was not very clean that we booked into and the toilet was struggling to flush. Just check the cleanliness of the rooms.

Pool and gym on the basic side. Breakfast could be better, but covers the essentials. Otherwise suprisingly lovely hotel

The location was great close to a busy area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was good that it had the pool to cool off.
