Very close to Phaya Thai station makes the location very convenient. Five floors of hotel (level 2 to 6) plus large space on level 7. Has a pool which is why we booked the place.

Reception staff, cleaning ladies and Bell boys are very professional and kind..although only one spoke English, so sometimes communication was not easy Big spacious rooms Hotel was Fairly clean Right Next to BTS and airport link so movement to sightseeing was so easy and back to airport Rates are fair for the facilities Walk to pratunam market about 1km, and to platinum mall about 1.5...so lots of steps in.

I could have a good room 5ft floor on BTS station i'm quiet satisfied

Very good distance to the ARL Phaya Thai (150 meters to walk) and the BTS (literally opposite of the hotel entrance). Also the Pratunam Market / Nightmarket as well as some malls are in a walkable distance (800 to 1200 meters).

Fantastic location for Skytrain to airport at the BTS station right next to it. Staff are helpful and friendly. The bathroom isn't cleaned to a high standard. Sink and mirror showing stains but the room is large with good aircon.

It was the lowest cost budget room was as expected sparsely outfitted but for a clean place to sleep and have a shower it was completely satisfactory.

I didn't order breakfast. The location is good because the hotel is in the center of the city so it's convenient to many things.

Much better than expected - especially for the price! It is quite an old hotel and it’s ready to see - but nothing is really broken or torn. And it’s clean enough. I would stay there again for a short shopping stopover, not for a holiday.
