The property is very close to the central of Bangkok, easily manageable to get to most location on foot or via just a short ride. Aslo the metro is available just at the end of the street. This is great as you save a lot of time on commuting. The property has very large rooms, kept very clean.

Good location, we arrived very late on the day of the earthquake. We struggled to get a taxi to the property because of it. I called the hotel and they were dropping someone off so said they would pick us up. The other families plane was cancelled so had to be taken back to the hotel. It left us further stranded. The hotel went above and beyond and got someone they had contacts with to come and get us. We were made up( we had been at the airport for 6 hours) however we arrived at the hotel at 22.45 , we were expected at 16.30, but our room wasn't ready , told it would be in an hour. We went for a walk , returned and room was ready , I paid , as we were being taken to the room was told it didn't have a balcony . I had just paid for a room with a balcony. I said I wanted the room I paid for. The manageress stepped in, very apologetic, told us we would have the room with balcony, got it ready ( waited another half hour) then to our surprise told us we could have late check out, room service for lunch the following day and also they supplied transport to the airport for us the following day , all free of charge. She checked up on us the next day too. It had been a bad day all around for everyone including the hotel and it's staff and their families. All in all , lovely hotel and staff , comfortable and clean, beautiful city views, brilliant location. We are going to book again for next year for 3 nights ( not just the one as we did this year)

Friendliness, helpful and kindness of staff, is the best we have ever encountered. Food was delicious and a good range available, as well as the afternoon snacks. Win on Reception was particularly helpful as well as Julia the hotel manager.
