A cozy hotel close to main shopping mall and main transportation methods. The breakfast was good. overall, it is a nice hotel away from noisy attractions.

Gym, spa and pool facilities. The room was cleaned everyday. All staff were very polite and helpful. Good location for access to the shopping district and use of the train line.

The hotel was first class every detail was thought about. The hotel rooms were beautiful the beds were spacious and comfy. What really made it was the staff the concierge are really helpful, I had to receive an important phone call, they went out of their way to make sure that I got it. But overall, the staff were fantastic. Lai and another gentleman who I don’t know his name but who help me with my bags and gave me some tips about the market were wonderful they also help me with early check-in. I felt like they couldn’t do enough to help me. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location , staff really good and helpful - we had a problem getting back in time for checkout and they kindly extended our checkout by an hour at no extra charge ! We really appreciated that !
