The hotel is cool but other than the elevator hall, just kinda standard 5 star hotel. I liked the free body scrub they let guests help themselves to, and the breakfast buffet was nice. Location in Silom was very connected.

The staff in the Paragon Restaurant were faultless with their cheerful greetings and excellent customer service. The buffet breakfast caters to all tastes and the quality of food is excellent. The dinner menu also caters to everyone and we certainly found a few favourite dishes and desserts.

Nice restaurants. Good breakfast with a wide choice of food. Nice parks nearby (Benchakitti & Lumphini - best places to run in Bangkok). Helpful staff.

Staff, check-in, concierge, waiters were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The high floors provide good views. Food quality and choice were great, and I've never had such an extravagant breakfast buffet!
