Stayed for 4 nights with my family of 6 including 1 baby. We got two connected rooms which was nice. The rooms were clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The baby cot provided was also cozy and safe. What stood out to me the most was the exceptional customer service - each staff member went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay wonderful. Complementary bottled water replaced daily was appreciated. If I am to be slightly critical: - the breakfast variety seemed limited - the bathroom came with a small soap to wash our hands - a liquid hand soap dispenser would have been better and more hygienic. - they don't offer a hotel transfer service but are happy to call you a taxi Overall, we were happy with our stay and can recommend especially to families!

Hotel room were clean and very comfortable. The staff goes above limit to welcome us with little surprise in our room for our anniversary. They were always very friendly, polite and very helpful with some restaurants and transportation arrangements during our stay. Easy access walking distance to metro station and massage places. We highly recommend this place !

The breakfast was exceptional. The room was perfect - we had 2 x double beds that were super comfortable. Location was great and all we wanted to do was very accessible.
