This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and it was equally as good as the first time. Staying in the upper floors with a river view and access to the club lounge was great. The free hotel river boat to Sathorn which allows access to the river boats is really convenient. View over the river at night is spectacular.

Excellent hotel on the banks of the Chao Phraya river. Room was super spacious, clean and comfortable with amazing views up river towards the city from our balcony on the 31st floor. The outdoor pool is really big for a city hotel with comfortable sun loungers and plentiful towels. The buffet breakfast on the riverside terrace was exceptional with a huge variety of delicious fresh savoury and sweet, Thai and western food items. The staff were all delightful and couldn’t do enough for us. They deserve a medal! We will be back at the Chatrium in February and can’t wait!

Great location on Chao Phraya river for our first visit to Bangkok. It was very easy to get to the main sights by river boat and sky train. The hotel caters really well for a coeliac. The breakfast options were explained and fresh GF bread was available. Omelettes were also available to order. The restaurant by the river was a great place to have a Thai meal after a busy day sightseeing. The view over the river from our room was fabulous.

Great location and immaculate hotel. We stayed twice in three weeks (beginning and end of holiday) and loved the rooms. All of the staff were fab too. Would definitely stay again.

The suite we booked on the 35th floor was much bigger than we expected and the view over the river was amazing. We ended up just staying in the room for New Years Eve.
