The family room is spacious and a highlight for my kids, who enjoy soaking in the bathtub every day. The Wi-Fi is reliable, which is essential for my kids' online classes and my wife's work. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The noodle bar is particularly impressive and a personal favorite of mine. We also appreciated the complimentary buggy ride to nearby Siam Paragon, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. Walking distance to nearby massage parlors and Platinum Mall. Overall, our stay was very satisfying, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The large pool with greenery is excellent, and the buffet breakfast best in Bangkok. The 32nd floor lounge is underused and has a great view and lovey drink selection.

The staff were all lovely, the room and building were beautiful, the breakfast was great with a wide selection. The free buggy to and from the Siam Paragon was useful. I can’t think of anything that could have improved.

Everything! The room size, facilities, cleanliness, proximity to Siam Paragon, Siam Centre, Central World, Siam Square. The breakfast area was beautiful and had lots of room so didn’t seem crowded.
