Friendly staff, the little golf buggy took you from the hotel to the Main Street which was a nice touch.

The room is very spacious, the breakfast very delicious and has many choices. The staffs are very friendly. The hotel has free tuktuk to the main road. The location is very good, near terminal 21.

Other than the one male staff that looked and acted like he had just rolled out of bed, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The security guards who help direct traffic entering and leaving the laneway also helped unload and load luggage when they were nearby. Housekeeping did a great job and was always cheerful when we saw them. The hotel is located in a small street about 500m from the main road but the girls Tuk Tuk service is great. It runs very often and we rarely had to wait for more than 5 minutes. The newly renovated facilities level is perfect for kids. Had a play gym suitable for kids under 5 and then there's a proper fuse ball, air hockey table and arcade machine for older kids and adults. The swimming pool is fairly big and is separated for younger kids (75cm water level). There's also a sauna but I didn't use it. The breakfast buffet has an amazing range. Includes food of different cuisines and there's some rotation of what they serve. We found there were lots of choices everyday.

Great hotel on quiet Soi 10 with quick access to Benjakitti Park. Our room in Building B had good view of the pool and was a good size room with a work desk and kitchenette. Good bathroom with huge shower. The TukTuk shuttle to/from Sukhumvit road was very convenient also. Staff were very helpful.

Our room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness in the room was good and the location ideal. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Sukhumvit road which is great and the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Recommended.
